There is a myriad on YouTube. All a player should need is one or two basketballs and a tennis ball (or similar) and the sky can be their limit. Coach Sammi has run a lot of tennis ball drills in her Intermediate Skills sessions. I may be able to find some from my last few intermediate skills sessions before I handed over to her. I recorded them so I could show Sammi the kinds of drills I was doing with those in their mid-teens. First up, five stationary drills without putting the ball between the legsI'm sure many players will simply rush to do these and will forget the warm-up and fitness work. Others will think they are too simple and won't engage until we start putting in spins and through the legs moves. This would be unfortunate, as many players will simply ingrain bad habits, like putting their hand under the ball when making such moves.
These drills are designed to ensure those bad habits are either lost or don't ever develop. We do that by practising the basic mechanics before we go to the YouTube drills that we'll start referring to. All the drills use our grid
